What did you try to do?
get the DRS

What happened instead?
nothing

Can the bug be reproduced?
for a year and a half now

Additional comments:
everybody knows that right after the 2nd lap someone gets a DRS. in yesterday's race there was a problem that some pilots did not have a DRS. this happened rarely, but it happened. the problem was with pilots who did not have luck on lap 3.
