I renewed by Technical Director's contract and it came up with a message saying that at the end of this contract she will retire. She even sent me an email to state she was leaving, which was a nice touch. Being this is the first of either staff or driver of mine to retire what i wanted to know is do i have to do anything, such as prepare a gift basket, or buy a gold watch or do i have to get the accounting department to make up a retirement package?
