The question is why?
You're L14, you're in an active league, you're currently in 4th place in the Pro tier after 4 races and if you are relegated to Pro you will probably dominate that tier which is unfair to the Rookie managers. Next season you'll be back where you started... in Pro.
Please can you provide some justification for the request.

Sorry, when you said "don't worry" I thought you meant don't worry about relegation. I'll escalate to support to see if they're happy to relegate a L14 account to Rookie.
Out of curiosity, which Rookie tier are you planning to dominate? Do they know about it?

I'm going to a league to just give some XP without changing the result. And if you still have some doubt about it, I always lose 1/3 of the races in this current league 4 times a week as I'm more focused on Yorkshire Rose's Pro tier, which is quite exciting ?.
This is why I didn't attend "much" here and got surprised by the British weather on race 3 this season ?

I won't dominate as this account was just to post SC results while my main account was away and isn't in my priority (4th account). Now, could I have my demotion please ?
