App crashes when joining Live Race

What did you try to do?
Joining either my Live Race or Spectating another race

What happened instead?
App crashes . . . kicks me out of live race app back to my ipad screen, but leaves app open in the background on the IGP home screen

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Ipad Air 2

What is the operating system?

What is the version number of the operating system?

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes, has been occurring every time I join either a Live Race or when I try to spectate another race

Additional comments:
A previous thread with the same issue was marked as unrepeatable but the issue is consistently repeatable. Live racing is working on my older iPhone 6 using the same IOS with no issues.

I've had this happen on Android, how early did you try to join?

Hi Richard,  I’ve tried anywhere from several minutes prior to the start of a race to after a race has already started.  Same result...app crashes.   Thx.

Huh, it seemed to be fixed last race, but the 2 races before it crashed when I tried to join more then like 3 minutes before.

Hello, It looks I have the same issue only when using iPad (doesnt happen when using iPhone or PC)... I've been testing this and it looks issue happens when  room has more than 10-14 people running... this happens in live sessions as well as viewer mode.... for rooms with less then 10-14 people I was able to join, not sure if this gives any additional insight about the issue and resolution. Thank you.

Maybe, I used to have the same problem, I used the play tv geh download app to watch live football matches, so that I could use it on a PC with a wider screen I used an Android emulator app for pc
