Should the whole HOF and reputation system need to get changed?

This is the second episode of "Reputation scaling to racedays" and any other things related to the reputation.

They can take our ability to post...

But they'll never take out our argument to the HOF and reputation system!

Slo, Bastian, and Dome are trying to elevate the game into a next level!

Just bring back the old reputation system but remove the 10000 cap. Simple.

How about this for a revolution: the league i host races monday to friday, no racing during weekends.
How about we make it a 5 day online and 2 day offline league, that way the rep problem is out the window. How about that for a revolution?

Similar to a suggestion I posted not too long ago. Completely reset all reputations to 0, and allow negative reputation.

1) The scaling of reputation of current system need to be changed. Current system is very unfair for those leagues which are running less race days in a week. Maybe all the leagues can centralized to only have same amount of race days in a week... either 5 race days in a week or full race days (maybe we can have a vote for that).
2) Current system is also very unfair for those top-classes managers who are racing in strong and tight league. It gives lots of advantages to those top, or upper-middle classes managers who are racing in weak league to increase the reputation fastly (all the leagues are using the same type of finishing position calculation so they's no league strength in the game now) once they've dominated weak league easily due to always finished in podium places. I had done an experiment to prove that by putting my jnr team into a weak league to race. My jnr team got 10++ wins in a season and also managed to finish in top 4 every times. After that, my jnr team had increased the ranking from 700th++ in world to even top 20 in world standing in just a season. So the league strength should be added into the system. The league strength can be calculated by different kind of factors (finished race times, weather, active players, reputation of players and more....). We can also have a new HOF leaderboard called "league" which can shown the league strength of top hundred leagues in world. Maybe it will be very complex for devs, but it's one of the best solutions to increase the players gaming experience.
3) Based on the top 100 in league leaderboard, the game can give different amount of money to the Top 2 in Rookie, Top 2 in Pro and Top 5 in Elite as the end of the season rewards of HOF(league). The end of the season rewards of HOF in world standing (manager) can also be retained so we have two types of end of season rewards of HOF.
4) The reputation of all managers need to reset to 5000 after every seasons.

We’re going to try this out next season, anyone know if there are other leagues doing this?

Since above 80% of managers think there're lots of huge issues on our current reputation system and the whole system need to be changed, so Jose, I hope you can reconsider these with the game engineers to improve our game experience.

We need keep commenting on this thread until Jose reconsider this suggestion, otherwise he will just ignore more great ideas and throw them into the trash bin of iGP Manager. Our reputation system need a huge revolution!
