What did you try to do?
During my league race at Monaco 19:00 today, was lining up for the grid as normal, preparing for the race.
What happened instead?
The grid positions were extremely weird. Progressively the drivers on each row of the grid got closer and closer to each other, until at about P13/14, the driver in P14 was just ahead of P13. This got more dramatic further down the grid, until P32 was easily clear of P31, which should never be the case.

HP Notebook laptop, occurred on all kinds of devices though.

Unsure, but pretty sure this isn't related to the operating system because it happens with all devices I've come across.

It can be reproduced by running a race at Monaco with at least half capacity.
Additional comments:
I feel like this issue needs to be fixed asap because it can definitely affect the start, and particularly at Monaco losing positions off the start can be catastrophic.
