The alternative top 10

I am often asked about the key to success in iGP and I generally answer that you should look at the best players and copy them.

Increasingly however, the 1st page of the hall of fame contains managers who are not currently active which makes it difficult to determine who the best players are. This is even more difficult given the recent changes to gameplay.

So...I propose to publish the alternative top 10 here and update it periodically to show the best active players

There's three different guys named Jake Stergios that are in the top 10?

How about adding an active drivers page to the HOF? and make the page hide teams that haven't raced in say the last 2 weeks/ 30 days?

I'm more than happy to help anyone out in any way I can if they PM me, might not technically be "active" in a league at the moment but I'm still around.

But that said, I don't think anyone is much help at the moment. I've had a whole bunch of PM's over the last 18 months but most of them just ask about drivers and strats. More so strats than drivers. I don't think anyone is much help after the update last week - Everyones still trying to work it out themselves nevermind help other people lol.

Also a little curious as to why you didn't include yourself in the top 10 Edrew. You know damn well you are, whether you want to admit it or not ;)

TBH, I think this list needs more Rob Musgrove and more Yuri freakin' Kasdorp.

Watch out guys, i'm in position 195, and i'm going up there. Soon i'll be taking someone out of the top 10! Beware... :D

There is no doubt in my mind that Jason is the best player in the game & I too have learnt from him.

Let us hope that his hectic schedule allows him to race with us again soon.

(I say hope.......just as long as he isn't in BRL again. Some of us would like to win too. (not bitter, well not much))

I would definitely put Jason near the top if he were active, even though to my recollection I've never raced against him. Spectated his races a bunch though.

I am active, well until 3-4 days ago, just under the alias Eton Fed. BRL is the only place I really enjoy to race, the problem is I can not race there during my winter because the race starts at 7.30am (when I am driving to work) and in summer the race starts at 9.30am which is excellent except for the fact that Feb/March are the two busiest work months of the year for us, so I lose time to play lol.

I'll definitely return at some point, I just don't know when. During the winter last year I joined iGP World Series for a few months and had great fun, but 5am race start time was not ideal 7 days a week haha.

Maybe I'll just move to the UK. Got a spare room Ed? XD
