Crashing during race

i need some help with something. Every time I try watch the race my iPad the game crashes yet I can set the cars up and do other stuff it’s just watching the races that I have a problem with. This has only received start to happen before it was running all ok.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing it and how do I rectify it?

have you tried clearing the cache of the game/ uninstalling and reinstalling?

Yeah the same happens to me and has done since the latest update, I have to turn my iPad off and on again 5 mins before the race and 99% of the time I manage to complete the race
