Add in where safety cars are avible on laptops so if you play the game on a laptop if there is a crash there will be a safety car.

Safety cars are in the game (contrary to popular belief) but are currently disabled by the devs. I doubt crashes would be entirely popular and to isolate them onto Laptop would be a strange call.
