With low temperatures there's almost nothing to do with the PL. It would be a good idea, in my opinion, going back to a minimum temperature of 10 degrees instead of 5.

Nope.  It makes things more interesting.

As a minor aside, though...

It may be an idea to either: -

1)  have devs prevent us from using mountainous tracks, such as Spa, in winter months.

Or...

2)  have options for winter (studded or chained) tyres for snowy or icy conditions.

That would make things more realistic imo

I'm not sure if I agree with Paolo but can I ask you why? You say you are one of the best using PL, you should be happy to avoid temperatures where PL may be almost the same during the whole lap.

From what I could see in almost 5 years of iGP, no one manages PL the way I do (and I mean I do it in a different way, NOT in a better way). I only have one style of playing and that's my forever weakness (apart from car developing which is still a mistery to me) as my style is really not effective in the middle of trains. But my way of doing it can also give me a big advantage towards most of players in the right circumnstances and the right track. I can only say I always do the exact same things, every single lap, in every single race I attend. My style may not be the best, but it's mine and I don't know how to play otherwise. And believe me or not, low temperatures are better for me since the "tyre update" in 2018. Of course, there are a few tracks and a few conditions where if temp is very low you can do nothing as you always have PL5 on from start to finish. But that's rare. Since H tyres are useless and M tyres are not used very often in a winning strategy, the lower the temp is the more effective I can run SS and S tyres.

May sound bizzarre to most of other players, but that's it. I'm good with the 5°C temp as the lowest temp in the game.

1) I prefer most of the tracks that go through an actual seasonal shift over those that are always hot or hotter.

2) When the minimum temp was capped at 5 degrees, any chances for future races to have snow were more or less abolished.

Bizar but i feel exactly the same way, i also have my own style of racing and using push level, for better and for worse.
And also fine with 5 degrees

I see your points there, do not disagree with them and will now remain quiet on the matter.  Thanks.
