What did you try to do?
I have tryed to load my image i want to use and it is not working... I also tryed to load images i have used before and they also will not load.

What happened instead?
I select my pic and its shows a blank spot with a file thing in the corner where the picture would be.. I hit save and it just keeps my current picture

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Probably the file format, file size in MB or the size in pixels aren't supported by the game. Try a different configuration to see if it works.

I have managed to resize the photo from 200kb to 5kb... the picture is literally a blur and still won't change.. also my current picture is much bigger then 5kb. Iv never had this issue before and I have used this phone before with no issue.

I managed to fix my issue USING a different phone. The picture size was not the problem. But for sure its igp and the s9 that is the problem. Same size picture worked on different phone

I'm afraid manufacturer and model is the information we're looking for. 

@Billy Bob: Have you checked if the picture on your Samsung is still a jpeg or .png and was not converted into something like HEIF/HEIC by your phone (I think the latter format is just used for photos from the camera but can't be sure with phones)?

The original photo from my Samsung was in jpeg format. I'm not sure rn if the iPhone i used converted from that. I plugged the picture into our discord then logged in on my iPhone to retrieve the photo from discord.
