Season Expectations

Imagine having goals set in advance of every season (i.e. points total, team standings result, etc.) It could also incur a bonus cash prize if these milestones, based on difficulty and level, were to be achieved. I think it would help managers put more effort/ be more motivated to participate in leagues everywhere.

Example: Target position in driver/team standings: 10th or better= bonus $3m

I like this, maybe there can be primary sponsor options that are signed in the off season that gives things like money, boosts in car development, etc. Sponsors have a high/low risk. Medium risk would be pretty much exactly like race by race sponsor objectives, high would be a few positions higher, like instead of 8th you need to get 4th in constructors. Low can be a few spots lower or maybe no objective at all. The objectives could be anywhere between team/driver standings like mentioned in the og post, points in a championship, get x top 5s, etc.
