When u are doing races to get expensive points up on driver will it go up more that what the drive is on as my driver on level 7

Experience points are for manager development. The XP influence for example how much you can develop your headquarters and how advanced staff you could have. 

Drivers are not influenced by XP gained from races and daily rewards. For a driver to proceed in their levels, you can train them. Through driver training it is possible for the driver to exceed the level of the manager. If this happens, the driver stars turn red, which means that the driver is more competent than the level of the manager would assume.
