Good afternoon, I opened a complaint about a purchase made on the 28th of October, so far the tokens have not been credited to my account! And yet they gave the topic as closed.

I have looked at the thread in question and it was marked as solved. 
Bruno said that he has said that he replied to your ticket on the help desk. If you haven't seen/answered this question, that could be why your tokens have not yet been credited.
