Using hards, i think is what he's trying to say. Have to agree a little bit with him.
With softs and more pit-stops, you overcome hards with less stops, so why use hards?
Maybe that doesnt happens in some tracks, though.

What's your feeling about this, Andrew?

Was 3rd yesterday in Malaysia using hards & most of the tier also ran hards.

Was 4th & 5th in Australia & once again most people ran hards

Most qualify on softs, but it's hards after that

I am not leading the way with any of this, just copying others in the tier & some guesswork

This is part of the problem with iGP. It's community... No content, reason, ideas for fixing... nothing !!!

We had an open and brave  announcement a few weeks ago from the main man himself (Jack) about the system and the issues he if having / facing, then a couple of days ago a new post about new compounds..  and now this type of rage post ?????  Jezzzzzz.

If you have issues with English. Ask on the forums if someone could translate it in to your own language.. but the update post is on the main news and also it's been spoken about on the forums.

Rage when updates don't work... not 2 days after someone specifically saying about the new update issues that IS being addressed !!!

It would be better if none of us ranted, either about the game or indeed about someone else's post.

I understand that there are issues in the game which are very annoying, eg The pitlane. This is particularly so, since we released what we believed to be a fix, which has actually made things worse at some tracks. There are also bugs which were apparent on day 1 & have so far not been fixed.

We play the game too & it is frustrating when we get jumped in the pit lane or encounter an 'old' problem such as turn one in Europe.

We are working flat out to resolve the issues both old & new. It would be better if the community stuck to constructive criticism but we all suffer an overflow of annoyance from time to time.

My current overflow of annoyance is that the cat keeps bringing in mice, which results in my wife standing on the kitchen table screaming. Sadly the cat does not understand English, or indeed any other language & so thinks this is brilliant fun. Whilst my wife's fear is irrational, her terrified phone calls to me don't help, as there isn't much I can do about it if I am not at home. Despite my best efforts I cannot get either her or the cat to behave in a reasonable manner. That's my rant for today.

Feel free to have yours here if it helps

I agree Rob, this person seems to have issues with his English and should make the effort to explain himself.

You say this like it's new. Bahrain has generally always been faster on softs. I know it's wrong, but this isn't due to the new update. It's been like this since the game was first released.

Why are Hards useless? if anything Softs are since they only last 5-7 laps on some tracks, Hards last 14 easily on some, so while that guy on softs is struggling, for atleast 7 laps you are destroying him.

Just finished 1.6s off first after qualifying 18th with 3 stints of hard tyres on a 50% race. 3rd place did 4 option stints and was about 5 seconds back, the winner did 3 soft tyre stints but was up the front at the start of the race so had about 10s head start on me.

Hards are in no way useless. The race was at Abu Dhabi

lol nice trending post ran 16 laps at Monaco on soft an had to pit well cause I was low on fuel an had a lot of tire left.    I would like to see the option of just one compound of slicks available for a race.

Or a penalty for not using both compounds.

I think that's because Bahrain is a high-temperature track. Softs have a higher operating range than hards.
