young driver academy : picking drivers from market

its better if u let us to choose young drivers from market for driver academy  rather dan automatic.

wats the point in choosing automated  young drivers less dan scouting level? it takes lot of races to get them trained and u loose position in league simply bcoz less trained   drivers, its pretty useless at the moment.

igp manager is a very good game comapred to other manger games on net, theres plenty of potential to improve it .

I totally agree with Illam. It gives more chances for competition .

I like the idea of searching at scout level, maybe filters could be put in like the driver market as well. or as an alternative the scout comes back with 5 drivers that you can then decided to give contracts to rather than automatically signing them to the academy.

Started driver academy 4 races ago, and i've already got a 18 year old driver with talent 20, but he is on level 6.
In the transfer market, i can find many drivers with 17 and 18 year old, with talent 20, on level 10. So when i replace one of my drivers, i'm never going to hire my academy driver... of course!
Only if i was stupid... and clearly i'm not!

Driver academy needs a tweak. Like it is now, it's pretty useless...

Personaly I would like an option to give some direction in the training instead of an automatic training in all areas. At the moment I rather kick them out of the YDA at 1% and train them in a junior team to accomplish that.

That could also be an addition to this idea I think.

It takes forever to get a 20 talent driver in the YDA, does the Nation you have it set to effect anything? How do you find the exact driver you kicked out of the YDA since there could be several with the same name.
