how were you introduced into IGP?

I was introduced to it when a mate of mine syarted f1ml on a site called roblox. His game f1mv the stepdown game was trying to be like IGP or BATracer and so on. So i looked it up on youtube and fell in love with the series

For me, I saw it initially on one of AlexZafro's videos, and wanted to try it out, but the league was full, when I happened to find another Youtube Video my Mr. Tom Stanley (thef1racingmad) and was fortunate enough to join his league, and now after 4-5 seasons, I should finally be able to make it to Tier one of his League in Formula Beast! :D

This is a very good thread as it would be really useful to know how people found out about the game. Marketing of the game can then be improved or retargeted.

Personally I was introduced when the game was little more than an idea is Jack's head! :D

I was playing Hattrick (online football manager) and some publicity in top of the page referred to GPRO. That lead me to google for f1 managers online.
The 1st one who's got my attention was Codemasters F1 Online, who looked real nice, but was going to end soon after.
After that, i was really interested in GPRO (the strategy part seemed very complete), but the "live race" mode never gotten into me, so i never joined the game.
Barely at the same time, i saw the 2D live race video of IGPManager, and imediattely knew "that's the F1 Manager i want to play".
So here i am... and will be...

i play Gpro and whilst waiting for my season to finish and start on the new one i decided to google f1 manager games and came across this one so i decided to check it out also saw a couple of u tubes on it.

This game is very similer to Gpro apart from the 2d live race screen which is very good indeed, and also 2 cars in one team.

only one confusing bit for me is when watching the race instead of the cars having the managers name it has instead the drivers name so makes it hard to know who is were on the track.

I just wanted to find a F1 management game (nostalgy of EA's F1 Manager 2000 or Microprose's Grand Prix Manager 2) and googled that. One of the first results I found was iGP :-)
