100% tire wear?

Just curious,

What happens when your tire wear goes above 100%? Does the car break down and retire or is the lap really slow?

Hi Jack,

If your tyres goes above 100% you can suffer a punctured and maybe your car could be retired. You'll be slower in these laps, for sure. But I think in that case your car stops automatically to avoid the DNF.
