Hello!

Can i sign a driver that is higher rating than my scouting level if i manualy find him?

Like, serching other peoples leagues i've found a driver with a rating 13(currently not in any team) and i am a level 4 dev/scout. Will it downgrade the driver with the rating 13 in any way and is it possible to sign him?

I don't want to do this by trial and error or do something i shouldn't.

No, unfortunately not. You can only sign a driver of your level (or below) unless he has previously raced for your team.
