Can't renew my subscription even after cancelling it !

I can't renew my 2d subscription ! It expired today and i was expecting to auto renew but it didn't so i checked my subscription in my account and clicked "Next" and i got the message "Your subscription has been successfully processed." but its still not renewed !

I've cancelled it hoping to force it to renew or sign up for the subscription again but its not working.

I have a race on NOW and can't manage it !!
