What is the point of quick races, can they improve car, improve driver or are they just for fun ?

Hello,
Quick Races can enable you to race with people you don't normally race with. For example, you can race with a manager who is not in your usual race league. 

Furthermore, QRs give you 0.05 driver experience per QR (Therefore 20 QRs gives you +1 driver experience). 
After the QR, you also get a small amount of cash (10k × your manager level) a level 20 manager will get 200k per QR.
