I recommend that in future you try to give your threads more descriptive titles. "Halp2" doesn't give other managers, the moderators or the developers a good indication of what the thread is about. For this thread, a good example would be "I've less money after the race than before?"
To answer your question,
There is a chance that your expenditure (driver and staff wages, supplier costs etc) was higher than your profit (sponsor income etc). A way to reduce this issue could be to either pick sponsors that give you more cash, or to try to reduce the wages of your drivers and staff.
Sourcing your drivers from your Young Drivers Academy (in Headquarters) is a good way to make sure they have low salaries, however, they will most probably need training before they are 'up-to-speed' and can win races.
