Currently there are 3 car setups for each circuit.
Could it be pushed to 4 by adding a second dry weather setup for cold weather conditions?
Germany
Dry setup: Neutral 15 & 15
Wet setup Little rain: Neutral 40 & 40
Wet setup Lots rain: Neutral 65 & 65

There used to be a 4th setup for snow (real weather, as iGP was capped at +10°C back then), it was a setup in between the normal rain and monsoon setup at dry ideal values +18. The game selected it just once for me as optimal, in Hungary. The Budapest area got really covered in snow that day.

Ordinary rain tyres unfortunately, wanted to go spiked mud tyres rear and snow boards on front but the officials refused to grant waivers.
Actually I don't know if that setup is technically still in game and perhaps just never used due to Dark Sky, it was very rate to happen even with weather underground, or was dropped at some point like during the introduction of the different tier setups.

If it's still in the background maybe Jack could write a code for it to be active if temp is under X amount.
Least that way winter and summer would have two different setups in the dry, instead of the same thing all year round.
