Promotion/Relegation Manually?

I'm sorry if a thread like this has already been made, but can it be made possible for the league owner to chose who is promoted/demoted?

The current system is alright but it can leave tiers with only 2 teams in them. Eventually, teams will all flow into Elite as well and leave Pro and Rookie with few teams.

Would there be a way to implement it so the league owner can do this manually?

I can help you. I have codified accounts. Your league is closed. I can gather you all to the elite.

Yeah moving up to Elite is not quite what I would like but maybe demoting teams already to create a fresh flow would work.
