What hat would you like? 

Fez, straw boater, fedora.....

Adding hats to staff I never look at isn't a big update ??

Fix hard tyres now that's an update 95% of players want fixed.
Don't get me wrong I like the game but I'm only here for the friends, my negative comments are frustration about how this could be a truly good game. Current state it's not brilliant.
Adding hats, nationality,name, quick races to the game literally no one cares about..

I appreciate your comments, the reality behind this is very deep. The studio needs to make revenue to keep the improvements on the game. Actually the game is far from a P2W (pay-to-win) so we prefer to introduce cosmetics changes that you can buy with tokens instead of create something like MEGABOOST that improves your race pace per 5.

Sometimes you need to think out of the box to understand some decisions we make. If we want to keep growing and improving the game we need to collect funds. At the moment on the game there isn’t too many options to spend the tokens.

This doesn’t mean all the team was focusing on this new cosmetics changes, only one developer was on it. The rest kept working on the update we’ll launch on the first quarter of January 2021.

I hope this clarifies it a bit :)

do you really think there will be people who will spend real money to change the rider's appearance?  have you thought instead of putting some advertising?  maybe with real sponsors in the suppliers?  for example .... José is not a critic and I don't want to be arrogant but if it can be done it wouldn't be a bad idea

Totally get it and knew exactly that's why you're doing it but it's very weak and I can't see it bringing in any money, just like the CD you can change their attributes it's way too expensive and I wouldn't pay the coins as CDs in my staff have a short lifecycle  due to the wage keeps going up.

Hats and other accessories would work if we had the staff for longer periods of time.  There is tons of other ways to make dollar
