It wasn't 'that' important, that being said it could have been dealt with in less that a few mins.
2 days i think is too much.

I submitted a ticket on Saturday morning regarding a purchase of Reward Points gone wrong (bought and PAID 2000 and only got 1000).
and on Tuesday I'm still not having even an answer.
I understand there was Sunday inbetween, but anyway I'm disappointed a bit.
