I would like to be able to select a driver attribute stat to work on in the academy.
I would also like the Talent to be hidden until after the drivers first race for the team.

1- it's fine as it is, it's very well rounded and even and takes no time at all to max.
2-just why ? You want to fully train someone to get a level 5?

I like the concept of choosing a stat to focus on but i don’t like the part about not being able to see the talent so i’m half and half here.

1. Is only able to work on one thing, not all.
2. Even if your breed two winning horses, you can still end up with a donkey.

Tokens are easily gathered up and there's not a big lot to spend them on. So wasting some on academy drivers will use some up!

The main reason, I want it is to get a driver with very high Knowledge, but very low everything else.

So if i want a t20 driver, i should spend 15 tokens to bring in a driver who's talent im unaware of, if it turns out the driver is not t20...
i should spend another 15 tokens and do this trial and error method until i find one...
No offense to you dude, but this is a bad idea..

Once you're level 20 manager the chances of getting a 20 talent driver are increased dramatically. I would even say you are more likely to get a 20 Talent driver than you are a 20 Talent Engineer, Doctor or Director. They are mythical creatures!

There is another downside. You are correct that once you reach L20 tokens tend to accumulate. What I do with these tokens is generate T20 drivers and donate them to Rookie members of the leagues in which I compete to help them get going and to keep their interest in the game in the hope that they'll stay for the long term.

With your idea I could no longer do this because Talent would not be evident until after they'd bought and raced them, thus potentially wasting their tokens and money which, when you are a Rookie, are precious assets.

BTW... Myth Buster LOL.

ðŸ˜® I will pay you 19 million for him 🤭😂

That's a very good idea for the driver's, I shall do that with my league

That's an out of the box methodology Kevin, now I can finally use my tokens for something useful and potentially meaningful to both my league and the game, overall .

Thank you!!

Now Kev, giving rookies 20 talent drivers is hurting them more than helping them, they are paying out more than they are making. LOL

If you make sure those T20 drivers are as low level as possible, so no training at all, the wages are not too bad. Not as cheap as own YA drivers but actually often cheaper than lower talent but already trained transfer market drivers.

I train them to 20 in Stamina and minimum weight because it is much quicker for me to do this as a L20 Manager than the team which I donate them to. This takes the driver from level 4 to level 6 so the wages for the receiving manager isn't too bad.

The last couple I donated have wages of £375k and £390k per race..
Jake Evans
Megan Taylor

Cost to the receiving team is 3 tokens and a few million game cash. It's a good boost for a Rookie team and helps keep them interested.
