Game keeps crashing

Hi all,

I’m still having troubles viewing the race on my iPad it’s a iPad mini 2 run iOS 12.5. I’ve deleted pics and videos to see if that help but I still had the same issue. 

Yet on my iPhone 5s which is also running iOS 12.5 I can watch it. I can set the cars up and do other things using the iPad just can’t watch the race which is annoying. I’ve deleted the app then reinstalled it I’ve also cleared all data and cookie history thinking that would help but it didn’t. 

So can someone please help me

I have a problem. When i try to join a live race at the league that i am in, my game crashes.
I can do practice laps, my setup and the strategy.
But When i try to join the race. I see the loading screen and then i get kicked out of the game and whole the game shut down.
I get kicked out to the home screen of my ipad. And then i can start the game up again. I try to join the race again but i get kicked out the game again.
I also play with an other account on a iPhone at the same league but with my iPhone i don’t have that problem.

I tried to join a league race.

What happened instead?
I get into the loading screen and the get kicked out of the game into the home screen of my ipad.

It’s happened before. Then it was fixed and now it’s back

You could try and log out on your iPad, log in on your iPhone and watch the race there, when that's done and your other league has a race, log back into that account. Also, by the fact it only works on your iPhone, that suggests that your iPad is at fault here.

With my iPhone i am on the same league so that is not possible haha

They are both logged into the app and i can do everything on the iPad but i cant watch the race i can only do that on my iphone. Also when i try watch it on my parent iPad air which is running iOS 12.4 it also crashes. If the iPad is at fault then how is it i can do everything but watch the race if it was at fault then it wouldn't let me do any of it.

Any joy finding a solution to this problem 

I was trying some QRs on my Android phone and during the live race the app would freeze, only way round this was to close and restart app.
This happened on about 25% of the races I ran on my phone.
