I am currently logged on as my 2nd team (that I haven't been using recently) but I can not sign into my main team as it says

Authentication problem, please contact website administator

I did send an email to the support email but didn't get a quick answer and I have a race at 8pm!

OK. If you have any problems in future, please log an incident with the helpdesk. That email isn't checked so often.

I have unlocked the account so it should be ok now.

Edit: I did a few minutes ago. You are too quick.

Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help

Hi Paul,
I've taken a look and the issue is that you have two accounts using an identical email address. The system is unable to distinguish them.

Please let me know an alternative email address for one of the accounts and I will update it.

Also the other account can not get a engine for any races so the account is useless. The hurr des account you can delete actually if you want.

I have the same problem, but the account with the same e-mail isn't really important, it was just to see an 2D race for one time.

The account at this second no working has a subsciption to it and i race tommorow after missing the opening race due to this problem so please may you sort this out by 4 hours time as need to set up a lot of things

Ehhr, Paul, Jeremy, you got access to one account but not to the other one, since they have same EMail addresses?
I think you can change EMail address of the one you got access to. That way the other one is no longer 'covered'. Then you should be able to get a new password for that other account.
Or am I missing here something?

Thank you cole trickle i have just changed the account that was i had access too and changed the username and now i have access to this account. Jack you dont have to worry about it now xx
