No idea. Never happened before.

Additional comments:
Put me 25th in a tough league. Please check this out as the strategy showed Wets before qualifying.I use advance strategy to set push level, but once I have that set, I turn it off. It was off for qualifying.

I checked what you reported. It is not a bug.
In the Belgium race you set the "Wet tires" in the main strategy, but you had set an advanced strategy to 0mm water the "Inters tires".
So the advanced strategy overwritten the "Wet" set in the main strategy and put on the "inters tires".
You pointed out that you deactivated the advanced strategy, but from our database it is active.

Maybe you deactivated it too close to lockdown (or already in without knowing) and the server didn't received the new information you sent.
