What did you try to do?
I tried to join a live league race/quickrace/watch another league's race live
What happened instead?
app display “issue downloading track resources ”or just stop loading between 97~99% and sends me back to home screen which effects me in the League

After I have this problem, I tried to download the older version of igp manager (version 3.50) and l finally can get into the race room. It still slow and stop at 98%for short time but at least it can download the resources successfully and join the race

To try and combat this we have done a rolling restart on our simulation servers, this usually improves stability.
We have also made an update on the backend to download some resources from a different location which should also help load times and issues.

Has this issue re-occurred?
I have noticed for the past 5days or so that I stay on the "Connected to server..." message for a lot longer than usual, I'm missing the start to all the QRs I have done in this time. Funny thing is I can hear the start of these races - just not see them.
Trying on Chrome on a Win10 laptop. No other tabs/windows open - jusy those for IGP Manager and no other apps/programs running either.
