We have a problem with promotion. Yesterday after final race of season, rookie champion (Anggisni Sukron) wasn't promoted to pro, but managers from 2nd to 4th were. I don't know why that happened, but maybe there is some possibility to fix it manually?

Hello Kar Pt, I've escalated it to support to fix. I took a quick look and it showed the 2nd of last season, Mike Louie, also still in Rookie. I suppose that manager needs promotion as well, or did he state a wish to remain in Rookie?
