When you are in an elite league, you cant enter an other league in Pro. If i really want to join an other league, i think i must have the change to enter it in Pro and fight to elite again.

Because it would be a bit unfair and demoralising for Pro tier managers if an experienced L20 manager were allowed to gate crash their tier and dominate the season.

People do it anyway Kevin, when the Elite tier is full it's common practice to get relegated then spend a season in Pro to get promoted. However, since it's already easy enough to do it's probably not worth creating a feature to allow something that already happens.
