Is it worth it to get a higher level doctor? Or does any Doctor give you the same amount of health increase when you train Health?

Some believe that a good doctor reduces the rate your drivers health erodes

some also know that it goes down by 2% every time. Only thing it can do in my opinion, but not 100% sure of, is that drivers loose less of their stats after every race: fast corner speed going from 20 to 19.9 in stead of 19.6.

100% a good doctor slow's down the amount of attrophy of the drivers attributes after each race, you wont notice it with a very young driver but you will if you have a driver over 27+ years of age.
Thats all a doctor does in my experience, does nothing to health, you gain same amount of health with a level 1 doctor & a level 16 one.
