no lvl up despite enough exp

For some reason I've always had 3 more scouting exp than development exp (is that normal?)
Lvl 5 should've been reached at 625 exp. Now I have exactly 625 development exp and am still development lvl 4.
It even says remainder: 0 points.
That seems strange to me :-D

It's an issue which has caught a few of us out in the past.

It will go up after your next race. (it goes up after you pass 625 rather than reach 625)
