It depends on the race distance. The strategy is quite different in a 50%, 75% and 100% race distance. What's your race distance?

So you have a 100% race distance (71 laps). I've never played a 100% race in Mexico, but from what I've seen in other leagues... A 4-5 stop strategy with Soft could work. If you don't have tyres rules I'd use soft for the whole race. No matter the temperature, they always work well if you know how to play with the PL.
Starting with Soft 16-15-15-15-10. 4 stops.
Starting with SS and then Soft: 7(ss)-13-13-13-14-11. 5 stops.
