Ways to used un-needed cash

So I looked at a recent forum post titled "How rich are you?". Now I got this thought- what's the point in having all this cash when you cant use it? Theres bound to be more ways of using it to develop cars/ staff/ drivers? Or maybe even converting cash to by rewards points.. Just my own opinion, maybe some of you can come up with other suggestions

1.000.000.000 Can buy you a livery if you don't have 2D, and if you do have 2D 1.000.000.000 can give you an extra month of 2D.
Something not too easy to get, but rewarding!
