I use this feature every race because I'm lazy, but I think it would be so much better if you got rid of the ideal setup for 3 coin, make setting up hard to hit that perfect everytime, this should have for example 10 players that are all mixed therefore making it more competitive as some will have better setup's than others. At the minute it's literally stale mate. We need to manage not won by luck of drs or need last lap etc so this is my idea to add a few variables that we can affect.

P.s please move the push level somewhere I can see live timing aswell that would be awesome

At the moment setups don't change from season to season, the only thing that affects setup is rain or if you're using a different driver to the one you used in the previous season. Most people understand the mapping from driver height to ride height and how many points to add to wing and ride height if it's raining so there really shouldn't be any need to purchase the ideal setup.

In any case, even if you have no idea whet the settings are, they currently fall in the range of 1 to 50. Within this range you can always find the ideal setting with the 5 practice laps that are available to you.

Yes, once found and the perfect setup is known and easy enough to figure out if unknown. The benefit of the ideal setup is in its capability to automatically adapt to the weather requirements.

I'd like to see a more complex setup though, but that doesn't require the ideal setup to go. Besides adapting to the weather it then could provide the basic starting point, like perfect for a balanced car which is a good compromise everywhere but not perfect anywhere and straying from that car design requires to manually adapt the setup to match for perfect results. Or a kind of setup system allowing you to go slightly imperfect on the clock for gains like extra speed on the straights or corners or making the car slightly less susceptible by dirty air if the gained edge in the race seems worth the trade-off.

In addition it would be really cool to be able to change the setup during pit stops as is the case in f1, at least for the wings. This way, if e.g. Rain starts pouring during the race, one could adapt to it. Or, as you said, one could put focus on max speed as opposed to apex speed in turns.
