In my Staff page I have 1 Marketer when I do not have a Commerce to use him, so he is pointless. I want to use this marketer as a designer and I can not downgrade to 0, so is there any way to change the number of marketers to zero, or do I need at least 1 Marketer, Designer, Engineer and Mechanic.
I've been playing for over half a year now with 1 (unused) commercial Manager, you have to have atleast 1 of every staff but you're doing the right thing to make your team get better (focusing on design), it certainly worked for me.
