I have recently reached level 20, two races ago, but I am only being given 19 design points.
Can you help

Hello,

The DP you get after each race is a direct link to your Design HQ. 

If your Design HQ is L19, you will receive 19DP per race. 

Now that you have levelled up to Level 20, you should be able to upgrade your Design HQ to Level 20 and receive the 20DP after each race.
