League schedule corrupt

Please fix my league https://igpmanager.com/app/p=league&id=142516&tab=info
There is a problem with the race schedule after ending the season. The game doesn't create new schedule, it started on the 17th race of 22, and when I click on next race, the game doesn't go to next race page.
