Hi all i just want to make a sugestion here..... i know people say its too easy to make money and all those things.... how about this?

1) lets us have the option of getting a suppliers motor or let us buy facilities to create and develop our own motor (set teams apart more)?
2) instead of having huge sponsors why not have a title sponsor and smaller sponsors for the wing and pods and so on?
3) have entry fees per season for pro and up?
4) maybe create some more facilities we dont really need but would be great to have... eg a test track where we can interview drivers we want to sign or develop 1-6 jr drivers for the future, obviously at a price..... or even use retired drivers to become team staff....
5) how about development of pit crew and a facility to train pit crew who we can hire.... eg hire a front left wheel changer or again train him at the academy....

just a few ideas i thought i would share
and i you have other ideas add them :)
still the best online GP game

I like point 1 - a different engine to develop would give the game a hell of a lot more to work on for the player because atm theres not much to do when your team is complete.
Point 2 - I dont see much of a point as smaller sponsors  = less income and moneys always good to have for other things even tho its plentiful.
Point 3 - I dont think many would agree on
Point 4 - The interview thing I think wouldnt work as the ability to have them say something would be too limited and it would take too long to code lines for them to say.
Point 5 - Pit crew arent really a big aspect on the game as we have no control of what happens in the pit stop so I think It would play as much of a big roll as it seems.

It all depends if managers like to get to a point where they have a load of money and as a result buy all they need and then only need to spend 5 minutes before each race setting up the car. I am personnally a huge fan of that because if I had to put as much time/thought into things before each race as I did when I first joined then I can't confirm I'd still be here.
I am assuming this is intentional since it is clear that we have a huge overflow of money from rather early on.

The money being the way it is perevents people from getting too bored as when they are used to off track things they can just focus on on track performance.

I really like point 1 and point 5 though, since they would mix up what happens on track. Point 4 could work aswell.

Personally, I think a bit more focus on money would make this a lot better! A lot of people seem happy to sacrifice a season to then fight at the top the following season. IMO we should always be fighting for the highest position possible but with no benefits for coming higher up leagues, this doesnt happen.

Having prize money for how finishing in certain positions and having entry fees that are determined by points totals the previous season (like F1) would be quite good. I know GPRO has more focus on money but I think the interface of this website is much better and easier plus the timings are better

I would like to see a bit more of a chassis design option. for instance, a slider bar to decide how much aero over mechanical grip the car would have. This would help play with engine strategies, if the Murc is good on performance, but has poor economy, I could emphasize mechanical grip, and increase my top speed, but lose out on high speed corners. There could also be a cost associated with the slider, the closer it is to either end, the more it costs per upgrade. This and the option to buy a test track as mentioned above would be nice, as would paying to have a PR department. Bring in higher PR costs to attract higher sponsorship dollars, and attract better drivers for a lower price.

The suggestions relating to staff are being tackled in the version 2 update, which is still going to be in the works for some months. It keeps getting put behind other updates, but the updates we're putting in front of it are very important for the success of the version 2 update.

Also, please create new suggestion threads for new suggestions. Don't post unrelated suggestions within a thread for another suggestion altogether, or your ideas will likely be missed. We don't always get time to read every post, and sometimes when catching up with a backlog we'll just read the title and opening post(s).
