I made a couple of these suggestions in another post. Let me know if any of you agree with these

1 - a slider associated with the car design, aero on one side, mechanical on the other. This would allow each manager to decide which aspects of his car get more attention. For instance, a Murc engine has lots of power, but not such good economy, a car design with mechanical grip emphasis would be better than one that is highly aero dependant. The slider could also have a cost association. If the slider is all the way over to either side, each update related to the choice would cost twice as much, or more. If the slider stayed center, it would be the same as the game is set up right now, each upgrade only dependant on its current development level.  Tis woud allow mnagers with a budget well into the black to invest more money developing a car.

2 - Additional failities, as once you reach level 10, there is nothing left to keep the game interesting. A test track, or buying improvements to the current facilities. Ben able to update the wind tunnel, or after level 15 being able to hire 25 marketers(make them marketers only), or allowing research to improve kers,  would be nice.

3 - I would also like to see the attributes of the Chief designer, Technical Director and Doctor have more of an impact within the team, right now it seems that the only number that matters if the overall level rating. It makes it kind of a moot point to build a team, if all the "personalities" are the same.

Please gve feedback, I am still in my first year at iGP, and I really like the game, but I can see it becoming boring or tedious after reaching level 10.
