What did you try to do?
Change my manager name

What happened instead?
The cost to change both forename and surname was displayed as 0 tokens, after changing I have been deducted 10 tokens

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?

What is the model of your device?
Redmi note 9 pro

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
10

Can the bug be reproduced?
Showed as 0 tokens on a friend's account too

Additional comments:
I wouldn't have changed myanager name knowing it would cost 10 tokens
