Edited livery yesterday by acc

So, yesterday I was out with my friend and I showed him my car livery just for fun. And, he didn't like the color and changed it from blue and black to red, black and blue. I yelled at him for that and since it's not really too much, I was hoping you could give me back 3 tokens......?
Thanks....

Hello Gregory,

You can ask your friend to buy a token pack on the shop as compensation. Since your friend wasn’t generated by a game bug we can’t reimburse you the tokens. Hope you understand! ?

Yeah, I asked him to do that but I haven't been able to contact him since. Isn't there anything, anything, you can do?

Hello Gregory,

No, unfortunately I can’t help you this time.

You know, I saw someone being refunded a 100 tokens on another post.
Why can't I be refunded?

Hello,

Because this isn’t a bug or a game failure.
