Until today, managers who have drivers on sale still struggle within the release. Talent has been the issue almost all the time putting recognition on the eyes of others. I've spoken long about adding parameters on my other thread. Frankly, my long term driver seemed to not be seen on others since my level is relatively high and since his qualities may not be eye-catching (by talent again of course) everyone knows that the reserved personnel still within the behalf of one self and it means paycheck needed to be taken care of until he's released. The option of sell now may not be returning much as we bought him on the first place. And if we keep him there until he's released, we don't have anything to spare. Also to believe, wether one is released or being quickly sold, one self may not appear on the transfer market for drivers..

It is pain for the pocket really, but it will be good if there's an additional selling option. Like if we sell/release as a free agent, one will be on the transfer market and can be bought anytime. The manager will be given maybe 55% purse over the first time purchase or amount more than being quickly sold. And for whoever bought that driver, will be discounted the same amount as i said above. Therefore no additional cash being given to the one sold the driver. It's very difficult to explain this way..

I want to hear your opinion regarding to this thread...

Ok from what I can understand from this, I would say no to this suggestion since if you're a high enough level to never get anyone to buy your driver, chances are you already have plenty of money anyway.

He's right about that, it's the earlier levels when buying/selling drivers are an issue as once a team is ready to go on to the next the old drivers are too high a level for the given talent to have anyone knowing about managing this game to buy those drivers. From level 12ish on you could sell the drivers, as from now on they should be talent 20, at least to those opting to neglect YA and pay a higher wage in order to advance performance improving HQ buildings first, but there's no point in actually selling anymore except for helping others to get a decent driver.

To the suggestion, I don't think constructing crutches around the symptoms would be the right thing, but thinking about how to change the system to make early to mid level drivers more than one time use.

95% of things are useless in this game and driver sales are no exception, it's easier and cost effecient to train rather than bid on an average driver with a chance of winning and also the salary will be high making is totally useless to buy and sell.

It's hard to simplify really. What i can say is regarding to the market against the eye of managers in the query. The main demand is the talent, not how much other qualities may be. Not to mention, nor being indicated by the stars. It'll take awhile to ready your scouted drivers into the lineup instead of seeking in the market. You may ever experience moments when you hadn't the breeds with max talent, choiceless than to grow the existing into a certain level mandated as yours. Everyone looks for one or much better, and until today, managers who have lowly talented drivers are mostly struggling to release them, while they even need to pay out paychecks based on their contract.
