I see you are in a league with an Elite tier that is well populated with high level teams. Have you tried asking this question on your league notice board?
I only ask because high level accounts generate more tokens and cash than they can use and in the league I host the Elite managers are always willing to help active Rookie and Pro teams.
Anyway, if you can't encourage the people in your league to help you...
