Hi, i would like to know how affect each one of the pilot's attributes to the chart that appears to the right. Is it calculated using a average between the parameters related with each aspect? For instance, if there are 3 parameters related with "Speed", is it the average value between "Fast corners", "Slow corners" and "Wet weather"?

There is a minimum value for weight? Which ones of that parameters is related with "Talent"?
