Hi!

in the last few races my young drivers race-ready is 99% and doesn't increase

Just sign them up, there probably won't be any difference between 99% and 100%.

you have to get them exactly to 100% (can't go higher) so lower your spending on training and you will get the gain

But I don't understand why it stays 99% for long time. Is it bug or normal situation? Usual race- readiness grow 5% per race.
