Post any bugs here which you find with the new 3D update. We are expecting a lot of them, this is a huge change to the system and we're already aware of several bugs. We started work on the first patches before the release and will be making constant updates every day or two for the next couple of weeks most likely. We expect it'll take a couple of weeks to get everything totally stable. We really appreciate your patience and understanding as we begin the rollout to a wider audience. Please try to be constructive with your feedback.

Issues we are aware of:

  • Australia is extremely slow - this is not normal. We will fix it soon.

The race is in one place and not moving. That is, the picture does not move with it. I sent the recording to the Hungarian discord, if necessary I can send it by e-mail. I have taken all the necessary steps (update, clear cache, reinstall, android update ....)

What did you try to do?
do a setup run on supersofts before my race in 20 minutes time

What happened instead?
got an oops an error occured popup

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

yes. it happens everytime i try

what will happen to my race in 3 min? the app is under maintenance

Races that are due to take place during this maintenance period will be postponed to the next available calendar slot.

1st attempt to run a quick race, when in the public lobby and click Go To Race, nothing happens. Just stays on the public lobby screen.

I have the same problem, and also cannot update car for my next race, getting error message that I am currently "in a live race"

when I started quick race, it was in 2D, not 3D and the circuit is broken (Spain)
I cant join the server in quick race  (Austria)*

How do you revert back to 2D? I've no clue where the drs zones are in 3D lol

In quick races, right in the centre of the screen it says B Evans, IGP Motorsport

Also no DRS zone round Hockenhiem

Has the update had an impact on times? As one two teams(who done a lap before the update) in practice are 7 seconds faster per lap  than those who have only just done them

For me the same. In my league i made a free practice lap and my time was 8 seconds more than last season and than the cars that made lap before update..... What is happened?
